The SafeSpace Elevator range provides continuous air treatment inside lift cars to improve air quality and reduce unpleasant smells.

Elevators are a key requirement in multi-storey buildings, with many people passing through a small, enclosed space throughout the day. Even with regular cleaning, it can be difficult to keep the air feeling fresh between journeys, especially during busy periods when doors are opening and closing constantly and there is limited time for natural ventilation.

Airborne microorganisms and odour causing compounds can build up quickly in lift cars, particularly where there is high footfall or the surrounding building has limited fresh air. Stale air or lingering smells can create a poor impression for staff and visitors and may lead to concerns about how well the space is managed.

The SafeSpace Elevator range integrates AIRsteril air treatment discreetly into the lift car ceiling so air is treated continuously in the background while the elevator remains in normal use. This helps reduce airborne contaminants and manage unpleasant smells, supporting a more comfortable environment for everyone using the lift.
