MF20 / MF40 / MF60 / MF80

The AIRsteril MF range lifts hygiene standards to a level impossible to reach with traditional cleaning alone. In enclosed spaces, airborne microorganisms create offensive odours, spread infections and compromise hygiene standards. Traditional cleaning methods and masking agents are not enough, after cleaning, harmful microorganisms can return and grow at a rapid rate immediately after the first use.

The MF is fan driven and can easily be ceiling or wall mounted for continuous operation via a spur from an emergency lighting circuit. Alternatively, it is supplied with a plug and feet for temporary use on a raised flat surface such as a chest of drawers or any other high available surface, in a public area or permanent location, it should be hard wired to a spur.

AIRsteril Is An Ideal Solution

Healthcare environments are particularly vulnerable to bacteria and viruses, incontinence or special medical conditions create high levels of bacteria which can adversely affect patients and staff alike. Cleaning surfaces and fabrics cannot eliminate microorganisms, nor clear odours, a single bacteria cell can multiply to over 8 million in an 8 hour period*; odours prevail and health risks will remain.

Where people congregate there are risks of cross infection; even desks and keyboards can harbour harmful levels of bacteria and viruses. Changing rooms and storage areas are often prone to mould and the associated health risks.

*Certain bacteria such as Ecoli can replicate every 20 minutes, which could in theory leave you with 16.7 million in 8 hours, what we are highlighting is that bacteria breed very quickly and cannot be controlled with traditional methods.
